All prices include VAT. After January 10th 2012, the participant will have to pay fees directly at the Registration Desk. At registration, the participants will receive the Congress wallet and badge. All cancellations of registration must be written and adressed to the Secretariat. No other means of cancellation will be considered. For cancellation received before December 31th 2011, 75% refund of Registration Fee; before January 10th 2012 , 50% refund of Registration Fee; after January 10th, 2012, no refund for any cancellation will be accepted. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for and will be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended. In the event of the entire meeting having to be cancelled owing to force majeure, war etc, then the Organizing Committee cannot accept liability for any claims for damage. The scientific program might be changed without prior notification.
