The center is located in the very heart of Luxembourg at walking distance from many of the selected hotels. It can also be reached easily by the public transport system. This new building is hidden located behind the Philharmonie Concert Hall (left side) and is in fact integrated into the basis of the white Tower building.

Registration will take place at the registration desk open daily (9h00-19h00).

Transportation:

Our bus shuttles will bring the participants from the hotels to the meeting center in the morning and back to the hotels or city center in the evening. Please note that the busses leave from your hotel depending on the distance to the meeting center (Check timetable for details). The busses are red, orange and yellow and are from the bus company "Demy Cars".

Taxis:

Taxis can be called from the registration desk.

Coffee breaks

Coffee breaks will be served in the exhibit area daily (See general program for details).

Lunch

For the participants that pre-paid lunch, lunch is served from 13h00 - 15h00. Additional tickets are NOT available at the registration desk.

Exhibits

Exhibits are open daily from January 27th to 30th, 2010.
The Exhibit opens on Wednesday January 27th (Coffee break 10h30) and ends on Friday January 29st, 2010 after the afternoon coffee break.

The registration fees include: Attendance to all Sessions and Exhibition, Final programme, Abstract book, Coffee breaks and the Welcome reception at the Conference Center corresponding to the meeti ng the participant registers.

Cancellation Policies:

All prices include VAT. After January 15th 2010, the participant will have to pay fees directly at the Registration Desk in cash. At registration, the participants will receive the Congress wallet and badge. All cancellations of registration must be written and adressed to the Secretariat. No other means of cancellation will be considered. For cancellation received before December 31st 2009, 75% refund of Registration Fee; before January 15th 2010, 50% refund of Registration Fee; after January 15th, 2010, no refund for any cancellation will be accepted. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for and will be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended. In the event of the entire Meeting having to be cancelled owing to force majeure, war etc, then the Organizing Committee cannot accept liability for any claims for damage. The scientific program might be changed without prior notification.

Name badge:

Each delegate will be delivered a name badge on-site. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all scientific activities and social events. Access to the venues will be restrict ed to those wearing the badge. Attendance certificates will also be provided with your badge.

Invitations:

The Organizing Committee will be happy to send a personal invitation to any scientist upon request to the Technical Secretariat. Such invitations may help participants in making their travel and vi sa arrangements, but they are not a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee to provide financial support. No personal liability is accepted.

Lunches:

Lunches are not included in the Registration Fee.

Language:

The working language of the Meeting will be English.
