The registration fees include: Attendance to all Sessions and Exhibition, Final programme, Abstract book, Coffee breaks, Gala Dinner and the Welcome reception at the Conference Center corresponding to the meeting the participant registers.

Cancellation Policies:

All prices include VAT. At registration, the participants will receive the Congress wallet and badge. All cancellations of registration must be written and adressed to the Secretariat. No other means of cancellation will be considered. For cancellation received before December 31st 2011, 75% refund of Registration Fee; before January 15th 2012, 50% refund of Registration Fee; after January 15th, 2012, no refund for any cancellation will be accepted. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for and will be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended. In the event of the entire Meeting having to be cancelled owing to force majeure, war etc, then the Organizing Committee cannot accept liability for any claims for damage. The scientific program might be changed without prior notification.

Name badge:

Each delegate will be delivered a name badge on-site. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all scientific activities and social events. Access to the venues will be restricted to those wearing the badge. Attendance certificates will also be provided with your badge.

Invitations:

The Organizing Committee will be happy to send a personal invitation to any scientist upon request to the Technical Secretariat. Such invitations may help participants in making their travel and visa arrangements, but they are not a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee to provide financial support. No personal liability is accepted.

Lunches are included in the Registration Fee.

Language:

The working language of the Meeting will be English.
